Smart contract and protocol risk

The vault relies on multiple smart contract systems, including the IPOR
Fusion vault framework, Aave V3, and Uniswap V3. Each of these systems
carries the risk of bugs, exploits, governance attacks, or oracle
failures. A failure in any component could result in partial or total
loss of deposited funds. Smart contract audits reduce but do not
eliminate this risk.

Strategy risk

The vault implements a sentiment-driven contrarian strategy. There is no
guarantee that this strategy will outperform passive exposure to either
USDC or ETH, or that historical correlations between the Crypto Fear &
Greed Index and forward returns will persist. The strategy may
underperform for extended periods.

Market risk

The vault holds variable ETH exposure. ETH/USD is a volatile asset and
its USD value may decline materially. The vault provides no principal
protection, no guaranteed return, and no insurance.

Liquidity and withdrawal risk

Withdrawals route through a scheduled 24-hour window. Users who do not
claim within the window after release must re-request. Daily strategy
execution and withdrawal processing may be delayed by operational issues
outside the operator's control.

Regulatory risk

The regulatory status of DeFi vaults is unsettled and varies by
jurisdiction. The vault may be unavailable, restricted, or prohibited
in certain jurisdictions. Users are responsible for determining the
legality of accessing the vault in their location.

No representation of past or future performance

Any performance figures shown are historical and do not predict future
returns. The vault's net asset value may decrease as well as increase.

No principal protection

Funds deposited into the vault are at risk. Pistachio, the vault
operator, and any affiliated parties make no representation, warranty,
or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, regarding the safety,
suitability, or returns of the vault.

The regulatory treatment of tokenized DeFi vaults is unsettled and
evolving. Depending on your jurisdiction, the vault token may be
